Action Learning - Individuals meeting with a peer group on a regular basis, bringing work projects to the group for support and challenge on how they are tackling the project and what they are learning from the reality in the workplace.
Action Learning, was first used by Reg Revans working with the Coal Board after WWII. Combined with modules giving input and information, it is excellent for ensuring transfer of learning to the work place and implementing learning in line with the need of the business and the individual.
My MSc thesis was in studying Action Learning sets and what helps them succeed. I have a very wide range of experience at using this architecture.
