Action Learning - Individuals meeting with a peer group on a regular basis, bringing work projects to the group, for support and challenge on how they are tackling the project, and what they are learning from the reality in the workplace.
SML - Self Managed Learning - similar to Action Learning but with more emphasis on individuals committing to a learning contract over a period of learning, often with a qualification on the achievement of the learning.
Coaching - 1:1 development aimed at increasing a persons awareness and choice to progress their development and effectiveness
Skills and Process - covering the soft skills of EI, at the same time as the hard business process skills, so that both work together for an effective business outcome.
Team Reality - Working with teams on their current business problems and challenges, whilst bringing a lens, such as MBTI, to help understanding and increase choice in behaviour.
