We use a number of models for 360 feedback. This type of instrument is designed to gather the perceptions of others (up, down and sideways) and compare them to self perceptions.

It is particularly valuable for management and leadership development, where working with peers, leading staff and managing upwards are important focus areas for developing individuals. A good 360 will emphasise strengths as well as highlight areas of less capability.
